I broadcast these wildflowers in the sandy part of my back yard about a month ago. Look what I found today.

I didn't have any luck with my Desert blue Bells this year. (That is what your plants look like) I don't think they will survive in the heat. I plant all my seeds and plants in Oct. The only luck I have in summer planting is cactus, desert trees and shrubs.
Unfortunately, I did not record what I planted so I guess I'll have to be surprised. They seem to be doing OK for now, but they are pretty small. I hear ya on the summer planting. I'm very new to gardening and have had learn a ton of lessons in the last month.
